CrossFit® is a comprehensive physical preparation program using high-intensity training that combines strength training, endurance, weightlifting and gymnastics to improve overall physical condition.
It develops versatility and prepares for the unpredictable, whether it's running a marathon, lifting heavy loads, moving or any other activity of daily life.
The principle:
Every day, a new 1-hour workout (carried out in a group of 12 people maximum, supervised by a certified coach), consisting of functional movements (movements of daily life) (WOD) offers a unique combination of constantly varied exercises. We never do the same thing, we always train intensely, and we have rapid visible and felt results.

CrossFit® improves daily life: better sleep, daily fitness, weight loss, endocrinological regulation, etc.
It also improves performance in endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and more, while reducing the risk of injury.
Typical session: A typical session includes a warm-up, technical work (SKILL) and a timed WOD.
