La Box
Located in the heart of Sophia Antipolis, in Valbonne (Garbejaire), the Come And Play CrossFit Box opens its doors to you all week long. Its 300m2 offer you the comfort of non-mixed changing rooms , each equipped with 2 showers and water points, a sanitary area with 2 non-mixed toilets, 1 large PMR toilet and a relaxation area for your meals, return to calm after your sessions, and reception area.
250m2 are dedicated to CrossFit all day long, all week.
The Game Room
With 250m2 entirely dedicated to fitness and CrossFit, the Come And Play CrossFit Box will seduce you.
The space offered allows us to dedicate a space of more than 30m2 equipped for crossfitters wishing to practice their personal session in complete freedom.
OPEN GYM slots are available throughout the day, even during WOD sessions!
Fully equipped by FitnRack , the French specialist CrossFit equipment supplier, you will not be short of equipment. Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Olympic bars and weights, ropes, medicine balls, rowers, Assault Bikes, Bike Ergs, Ski Ergs etc... You will never be short of equipment.
The toilets
Aware of the need to look "new" when leaving the box to return to work, we have set up 2 large changing rooms, each equipped with 2 showers and a sink. You will be comfortable to give yourself a new look!
You will have the comfort of non-mixed toilets, each equipped with sinks, away from the sports area. A water point equipped with two sinks will allow you to fill your water bottles without having to return to the changing rooms.
The relaxation area
A sofa, a table, a bar and its stools, a fitaid in hand to encourage your friends while they are playing or chilling out at the cam to watch the GAMES on TV.... You can even have lunch with us before going back to work!!!
